Diane is always available and if not at the time we call, we leave a message for her to call us and she does call us back before the end of the day. We couldn’t ask for a more conscientious person. We were on a cruise and I emailed her a challenge we were having with gratuities and she took care of it immediately. So she doesn’t just help before we go, she even assists while we are on vacation. She is like a best friend who really cares, it’s not just her job, she genuinely cares. Love her dearly. She deserves a ten fold raise.

  We just got off the Eurodam in Seattle after a 31 day cruise. Aside from the fact that we both got the Norovirus along with a lot of others, our one gripe shared with other five star mariners like we are, was that whille we had technically booked two cruises, it was booked as one and our perks were limited to that. There are so many segments to a cruise nowadays that we ought to be able to take advantage of them when we book - like extra specialty dinners, visits to spa etc. which isn't much to ask for when we've spent as much as we have with HAL. We didn't know enough to ask before, but we do now. Thanks

  Once again Diane Ritchey and her assistant helped insure our American Cruise Snake/Columbia River tripwent off without any hiccups. We had a good 9 days counting the pre-cruise shore excursion. The cruise line itself needs some work though. A large numers of their crew had less than two weeks onboard and the lack of experience showed. Luckily their onboard leaders were excellent!

  Many thanks to Diane for planning our crossing on Oceania’s Riviera from Barcelona to Miami. The transactions were a little tricky this time as we were traveling for 2 months before taking the crossing. Our documents had to reach us not at our home address but en route. It did. We have worked with Diane several times before. She has been very professional answering any question we had and giving a clear answer. She is also very personable. We look forward to working with her in the future.

• Fantastic Viking Greece Odyssey cruise

  As we have never cruised with Viking before Diane recommended a certain class of cabin that she felt wasn't too small based on her own experiences and she was correct. We had a nice size cabin for us to enjoy. Also, much to our surprise after checking our onboard account balance we saw that she had given us a very substantial cruise credit to enjoy while we were on the ship. We have already booked another Viking cruise with Diane and will always turn to her for her wise suggestions for our future travel.

  Diane was just wonderful in getting us to and from all of our places in our cruise and trip itinerary. We travel with assurance that all has been well thought out in advance. We like to travel stress free, so we tend to fret over flight layovers that we consider to be too tight or too short. She works with us to find flight connections that are work for our temperament and walking ability. We will be making our travel arrangements with her again!
