Amazing cruise

Carol is wonderful! She always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly, I booked this cruise with Carol as soon as the booking opened on Princess which was 27 months before the cruise. Carol found the best cabin in the category we wanted. She made sure that all discounts and promotions were applied.
I noticed a price drop before final payment and called Carol and asked if she could see if we could receive the price drop. My only caveat was I didn't want it to change my original booking benefits or affect the 30 excursions we already had booked. Carol obtain for us a huge price drop and everything in the booking stayed the same.
I felt she was always there for me and wanted our cruise to be a wonderful experience , which it was.
I would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive and caring travel agent.
