Gayle was good, efficient, helped us get decent air. Oceania wanted us to take flights with 50 minute connection after 15 hour international flight. If we missed connection it would be impossible to get to ship and we would have missed first 4 days of trip. Had to pay extra but Gayle made changes happen.

A Memorable Trip, One I Will Always Treasure!

It was a Family Reunion and relatives came from all over the world, not just from US but also from Canada and Australia. Some we have already met before and few whom we met for the first time. We had so much camaraderie and bonding that it felt like we had known them for a long time. We were always together for tours, dinners, shows and after dinner activities.

Gayle was on top of everything. Got us the hotels and rooms we wanted pre- and post-cruise. Got us the flights we wanted and the Silver Spirits package as a bonus through Viking. Also, got us our desired cabin. Kept on top of the ETIAS requirements (which, fortunately, didn’t happen) and was there to answer questions. I’ll be contacting Gayle for our next cruise, likely for 2027

Gayle is always helpful and keeps up with my weird travel itineraries. This trip involved 4 cruises and 3 train trips and everything went smoothly and without a hitch.
