Full World Cruise Early Booking Benefits are available exclusively to guests who have booked the full 2029 World Cruise aboard Crystal Symphony, embarking on January 7, 2029. These benefits do not apply to guests booking individual cruise segments or back-to-back segments that do not constitute a Voyage as defined above. Crystal Society members and past Crystal guests who book a Voyage on or before December 31, 2026 will receive 2.5% savings in addition to any savings or loyalty offer that applies. Each 2029 World Cruise Program Guest will receive an air benefit (one option to be selected): For Guests booking Crystal air, Crystal will apply an airfare subsidy toward Guests’ flight arrangements as follows: Up to USD $7,000 per Guest for the 141-day Voyage: Up to USD $5,000 USD per Guest for the 127-day and 121-day Voyages. Air benefits described herein constitute a promotional air subsidy applied only toward the cost of air arrangements booked through Crystal. The stated amounts represent the maximum allowances and do not constitute a cash payment, rebate or credit to the Guest. If the cost of airfare is less than the applicable allowance, no refund, credit or residual value will be issued. Guests who choose to arrange their own air travel will instead receive a cruise-only air credit as follows: USD $5,000 per Guest for the 141-day Voyage USD $3,500 per Guest for 127-day and 121-day Voyages. The "As You Wish" shipboard credit is non-refundable, non-commissionable, and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the credit. The credit cannot be used for casino charges, gratuities, or payments towards the crew fund. Crystal will arrange a two-night pre-cruise hotel accommodation (or comparable accommodations) in Melbourne for Guests based on double occupancy (excluding residents of Australia). Any additional rooms required for third or fourth guests or for guest-requested room category changes are at the Guest’s sole expense. The hotel stay cannot be substituted for a post-cruise stay. No credit or prorated refund will be provided for unused or partially used hotel night or for requests to change hotel category. Private airport transfers to and from the hotel and ship are included for Guests booked in double occupancy. Additional charges may apply for larger vehicles due to occupancy or excess luggage. Guests residing within 50 miles of the embarkation or disembarkation port will receive private pier transfers instead of airport transfers. The luggage valet service includes shipping up for up to two (2) pieces of luggage per Guest and up to four (4) pieces per guest room or suite. The service includes shipping from the guest’s home to the ship, and from the ship to the guest’s home. The luggage valet services are available in the US, Canada, Europe, and the UK. If this service is unavailable in a specific location, Crystal may, at its sole discretion, arrange a substitute service or provide a goodwill credit. Complimentary laundry and pressing services are provided with second-day service (returned within 24–48 hours) and do not include dry cleaning. Suite category benefits: Sapphire suites: Unlimited complimentary laundry and pressing, plus five pieces of dry cleaning every 10 cruise days. Penthouse & Junior Penthouse Suites: Unlimited 2nd day service, pressing, laundry, and dry cleaning. The complimentary initial onboard medical visit includes consultation only. It does not cover medications, extended treatment, any shoreside medical services or routine exams such as physicals. All promotional benefits described herein are capacity-controlled, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to final payment. Other restrictions apply.
