Crystal was very helpful. She provided a lot of good options when we were in the early stages of planning our trip; she was responsive to our requests for additional information; and she provided meaningful answers to our questions. To Alaska and Back

She is an amazing women. My trip included by adult children and their spouses and children, plus my very closest friend and his wife. So Crystal had to deal with people coming from five different locations. In addition we had a few changes along the way which she took care of immediately. What a pleasure to work with her. And when we boarded the ship we found many"surprises" awaiting us courtesy of Crystal and her company. All-in-all, Crystal made my 80th birthday (belated) a most memorable time.
