  A WC was a "Bucket List" thing that we booked with Dan for 2022 but the itinerary was changed and we exited early. We rebooked for 2024 on 3 different lines as a "back-up plan." We ended up choosing the HAL itinerary but we switched back to Regent in mid-November when Dan said he had a suite open up. We felt VERY FORTUNATE to have had Dan as our TA for many years and the trip was marvelous. So much so that we are considering another WC on Regent. We've had another TA in the past and believe Dan is the best. Truly a great guy whom we admire both personally and professionally!

  Dan was very helpful to basically first time cruisers. It had been 19 yrs since we last took a cruise. His recommendations for staterooms was especially good. We loved having a private balcony were we could get away from the noise & the crowds on the other decks. Also Dan's assistant, Marie, was get when I got a little panic stricken as our sailing date got closer. She did some hand holding & calmed me down.   This was a last minute booking as we had to cancel a cruise 24 hours prior to departure due to a gastrointestinal issue on our booked ship. Dan was easy to work with and got us booked on our requested ship & suite within hours. He worked diligently to find flights and a hotel for us.   As seniors, we enjoy small ship cruising within the United States. We discovered American Cruise Lines about fifteen years and continue to like their style. We usually book our net cruise onboard to take advantage of their 15% discount and inform our Cruise Consultant when we return. We have worked with Cruise Specialists for 25 years ;-)
