Tonight in Melbourne, Silver Shadow celebrated Valentine's Day with a pool deck barbecue. Lots of good food, but it was the cakes and pastries that caught my eye.The Coconut Raspberry Cake: gorgeous to look at and delicious to taste.Marzipan roses and heart cookies.
In addition to the Marzipan roses, Silver Shadow butlers distributed real roses to the ladies on our cruise.They have a heart: Pastry chefs Meghan, from Ohio, and Kelcie, from Missouri.
