Silver Explorer Photo Tour: Silver Suite 502

Step inside Silver Suite 502.

Silver Explorer features nine categories of staterooms and suites. Among the most popular are the Silver Suites, of which there are six on Silver Explorer.

Capable of sleeping three comfortably and in privacy, Silver Suites are large, measuring 460 square feet, with separate areas for living and sleeping, marbled bath with a full-sized tub and separate shower. There are also two French balconies, which allow you to slide open the door and breathe in the morning ocean air or gaze at the night stars.

Silver Suites include a whole host of amenities, including butler service and free laundry service for the duration of your cruise. Wi-Fi works well in the Silver Suites, and there are two flat-screen interactive televisions with more on-demand movies than you can watch in a month available from your remote and free of charge. You can even order popcorn for your movie or a full meal with your favorite beverages at no additional cost.

If you need space, you'll get it here. Silver Suites measure 460 square feet and feature separate living rooms and bedrooms. Yes, that's me out on the balcony.
The sleeper sofa makes it possible to sleep three in a Silver Suite, with a sliding door that provides privacy in both rooms.
Champagne (replenished as often as you wish), fresh flowers and fruits daily, afternoon canapés -- it's all part of the package on Silver Explorer. Silver Suites also feature butler service as well as refrigerator and bar setup stocked with your favorite beverage selections.
Beds, which can be configured as twin beds or queen-sized beds, feature down duvets, fine linens, plush mattresses and even a pillow selection, with a choice of nine pillows.

Two French balconies allow you to slide open the door and step out to enjoy the ocean air.
The marbled bathroom features a full-sized bath and separate shower.
Replenished as needed, European bath amenities. The Colgate toothpaste is mine!
Turn-down service makes for a cozy room after dinner.
Time to tuck in! Maybe I'll order breakfast in my suite for my wake-up call tomorrow morning.
