During her extensive career she has had the opportunity to sail aboard Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Crystal Cruises, and Cunard. Michelle enjoys working very closely with each of her clients to ensure their cruise experience is the best it can possibly be. Her attention to detail and willingness to take time and go the extra mile, coupled with her knowledge makes her an exceptional cruise agent. Bonnie has been living and selling luxury travel since 1989 and during those years has taken advantage of the opportunities to experience the products she promotes. She has enjoyed the privilege of being a Virtuoso "Voyager Club" cruise escort. In addition to promoting the pleasures of Silversea, Seabourn, Radisson and Crystal, Bonnie's clients ask her to plan their special trips such as ballooning over the French countryside. Lynne was certain that she wanted a career in the travel world and focused her college studies on hospitality and tourism. She gained her cruise experience by making group arrangements for conventions and had the opportunity to travel on the ships as a group escort. That expertise lead her to Cruise Specialists where Lynne developed group and incentive business and took care of the myriad of details involved in successful group travel. As an individual cruise consultant Lynne looks forward to sharing the enthusiasm and excitement she has for travel directly with her passengers.

Debra brings 12 years of travel and cruise experience to Cruise Specialists. A parent herself, Debra is an expert at arranging family travel and is particularly familiar with Walt Disney Attractions and Hawaii. Debra's upbeat personality serves her well when working with large groups and meetings and her attention to detail and can-do attitude make her a favorite among all her clients.

Debbie comes to Cruise Specialists with 25+ years of cruise and travel experience. Her travels have taken her to many destinations such as Asia, the Mediterranean, Alaska, Central America and the Caribbean. Along with owning a cruise agency in the Midwest, her background includes working for Holland America in Seattle. Debbie particularly enjoys the opportunity to escort groups of all sizes. Her cheerful attitude and knowledge of the cruise industry is shown in the special attention she gives every client. Debbie’s passion is to help people get excited about their own cruise adventures…then she knows they’ll be back for more!

While growing up in Hawaii, Mary developed a love of fun and sunshine and saw first hand, the impact of the tourism and hospitality industry. Since joining the travel industry in 1992, Mary has followed her passion working for tour companies, hotels and cruise lines, in addition to travel agencies. In all of these environments, Mary’s number one priority has been customer service. She makes it a point to exceed the expectations of her clients.

Mary enjoys cruising and has had the opportunity to sail on a variety of ships. Her travels have taken her around the Pacific Rim including South America, Mexico, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Japan. Her love of the sun has also drawn her to the islands of the Caribbean. Lynn Dee King brings a well-rounded wealth of experience to Cruise Specialists having worked in a variety of travel environments. She knows the travel industry from experience in resort management, full-service travel agency management and corporate travel responsibilities. Throughout her career, her focus on customer service, attention to detail and growing industry expertise provided the cornerstone of her success and is a perfect fit with the Cruise Specialists culture. Lynn Dee's years spent living in Hawaii on Maui gave her the opportunity to travel and become acquainted with the countries of the Pacific Rim particularly China and the resorts of the Mexican Riviera.

Joe Lucero has been helping clients with their cruise arrangements for more than 10 years. He has cruised on many of the luxury cruise lines, including Silversea, Crystal, Seabourn and Regent Seven Seas. His travels have taken him to Japan, Singapore, India, England, France, Ireland, Scotland, French Polynesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Maldives. Joe maintains a thorough knowledge of the cruise industry and makes certain that his clients benefit from that knowledge. He is experienced in dealing with all aspects of your cruise travel and he will strive to make your experience with Cruise Specialists seamless and easy. Lisa comes to Cruise Specialists with 17 years in the Travel Industry selling cruises & working in hospitality. Once she started in the Cruise Industry Lisa realized quickly that this is where her passion lies. She has been lucky enough to travel to many destinations around the globe including Europe, Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean. Lisa is truly proud to be able to pass her knowledge and experience onto her clients. Shannon brings 15 years of travel planning experience to Cruise Specialists. Her attention to detail and meticulous preparations enable her to match her clients with the cruise that is right for them. Shannon’s experience includes working with families and active travelers and she puts in the extra effort to make certain that their vacations meet a variety of needs.

A solid background in the service industry and the last 16 years in the cruise business, has given Tom a wealth of experience which he uses to plan what is right for his clients’ tastes and desires. His work for the cruise lines and their agents has given him the opportunity to live in New York, Ohio, Wisconsin and California. His cruising experience is wide ranging, from Expedition sailings to more mainstream Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, and Cunard and the luxury ships of Crystal Cruises, and Radisson Seven Seas. He has traveled to England, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada and all 50 States, with an emphasis on Alaska. If it’s advice that his clients need, they know they can depend on Tom.

Jane started her travel career in New Orleans, LA in 1980. The industry has changed a lot since then and Jane has changed with it, having booked every type of travel there is! Her favorite way to vacation is cruising, consequently booking cruises has become her passion. Among the many places she has visited she has enjoyed the Cook Islands, Australia, Israel, the Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii. Jane makes it a point to treat her clients the way she would want to be treated. She is excited to be a part of the Cruise Specialists’ team as she values the professionalism of the company and the personal touch that is given to the clients.

Kelli has been in the travel business for well over 11 years. She fell in love with travel after working in Fortaleza, Brazil for the Secretary of Tourism Development in CEARA. Kelli graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Mass Communications. Her focus has always been on luxury and has sailed aboard Crystal, Regent, SeaDream, Celebrity, Oceania, Holland America, Princess, Windstar and Peter Dielmann. Kelli loves sailing with clients, and has hosted many large groups. Kelli has sailed to Alaska, Bermuda, Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexican Riviera, Mediterranean, South Pacific and Poland on a river cruise. She has also traveled in the Middle East including Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Jordan. Kelli is excited to be a member of the team here at Cruise Specialists and looks forward to assisting you.

Gayle has been in the travel industry for over 10 years and confesses that cruising is her passion. She has worked for both Holland America and Princess Cruise Lines and has had a chance to travel extensively throughout Alaska and the Caribbean. Gayle has been honored with customer service awards and prides herself on maintaining a commitment to excellence in all her client relationships. Gayle particularly enjoys working with the first time cruiser.

Carol Terhune has been selling luxury cruises for over 20 years. During this time, she has traveled to Alaska, the Caribbean, Europe, Hawaii and her favorite destination of all, Tahiti. Her cruise experiences encompass the major cruise lines, Radisson Seven Seas, Crystal Cruises, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Oceania, and Cunard. Carol is always up for a new adventure and her enthusiasm is contagious. Her vast experience enables her to anticipate and handle all the little things that make for a perfect cruise vacation. Dan comes to Cruise Specialists after many years of cruise industry experience. His love of travel came as an early age when his father instilled on him the culture from his native country of Ireland. Since then he has extended his travel experiences to include many other European destinations as well as Mexico, Hawaii, Tahiti and Alaska. During his career his travels have taken him aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Holland America Line and Princess Cruises. Dan's passion for travel and upbeat attitude helps provide clients with a wonderful experience from beginning to end. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in linguistics, Sharon Whiting began her travel career with a very challenging assignment – assisting with the reservations for the first group of women to climb in the Himalayas. Since then she has spent more than 20 years working as a corporate and vacation travel specialist. Sharon’s travel preferences revolve around Europe and there’s little of it she hasn’t seen. She’s traveled in Spain, Italy, Germany, England, France, the Netherlands plus enjoyed a full nine months in Vienna indulging her love of classical music. Sharon has cruised in the Caribbean, along the Mexican Riviera, to Alaska as well as explored Hawaii by ship. Sharon’s clients can depend on her experience and patience in searching out the right travel choices for their needs.

Janet Olczak-Lanterman founded Cruise Specialists Inc. in 1987 after sailing for many years as a registered nurse for major cruise lines. The company has grown from a one-person operation to an office of over forty dedicated professionals. Janet has been quoted as an expert in the cruise industry in many national publications such as Condé Nast Traveler, Travel Agent Magazine, National Geographic Traveler and Voyage magazine. Janet also remains an active leader in the on-going life of the company and the cruise industry.

With over 22 years experience as Vice President of Golden Bear Travel, Greg Nacco is an outstanding choice to head up Cruise Specialists’ first branch office. Greg oversaw Marketing, Sales and Product Development of the hugely successful Mariner Club and anticipates contributing his knowledge and expertise to fuel the next phase of Cruise Specialists’ growth. Greg’s love of travel has placed him aboard many of the finest luxury cruise lines and has taken him all over the world…from hiking The Great Wall of China to crawling underneath the Great Pyramids of Giza…from the beaches of Tahiti to the plains of Kenya… from crossing the Atlantic to running through the towns and villages of Europe. His favorite travel experience was hiking and running along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu on his honeymoon! As committed as Greg is to the cruise industry and its potential, he’s also a devoted Dad, works at Camp Okizu with children suffering from cancer and finds time (and energy) to run 100-mile endurance races.

Since 1976 Cheryl has been traveling the world. She has cruised on a wide variety of ships and is familiar with ports worldwide. From river boats to megaships, Cheryl knows that the perfect cruise is one that is well-planned and that meets the traveler’s every expectation. Cheryl’s management background enables her to oversee the cruise agents’ duties with the goal of providing outstanding customer service to Cruise Specialists clients. Susan’s passion for the cruise industry began when she spent a few years working in the gift shops aboard various ships. After a time she left life at sea, but not the cruise industry continuing to work as a Cruise Consultant and Director of Reservations for a large cruise company. Susan finds the experience of having worked both onboard ships as well as in the head office of a cruise line is invaluable in knowing how to accomplish what a client needs. She considers herself fortunate to have cruised extensively with her husband and two children to Europe, the South Pacific, Alaska, the Caribbean, and Mexico and anticipates many more cruise vacations.
