Fares are capacity controlled and include all discounts. FREE Air is economy class from select air gateways, capacity controlled, air carriers and routings of Silversea's choosing; subject to availability. All land adventures require a minimum number of participants in order to operate as described. If this minimum number is not met, Silversea reserves the right to offer the program at a different rate based on private arrangements, or to cancel the specific departure. Land Adventure fares are in US dollars, land program only, per person based on double occupancy, subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is received. They are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason, within 90 days of departure. The local operator reserves the right to substitute other sites if local situations require. The program as described is provided by independent contractors, Silversea and Cruise Specialists act solely as a ticketing agent. Silverseas liability does not extend beyond the vessel. Cruise Specialist and Voyager Club amenities are based on minimum participation and subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct errors.
