UnCruise Adventures — Small Ships, Big Adventures

UnCruise Adventures

UnCruise Adventures builds uncommonly good itineraries for small ships that can duck into just about any hidden bay. And equally cherished by clients who travel with UnCruise are the people who work on board and behind the scenes. In fact, UnCruise’s staff is made up of energetic men and women who are as excited about where you’re going as you are. Crew members undergo annual training in leadership, wilderness safety, guest services and sustainability practices. It makes it all the easier for you to enjoy the many encounters with wildlife that you are bound to have on your vacation.

In addition to UnCruise Adventures’ popular Alaska, Costa Rica, Sea of Cortés and Galápagos adventures, they’re one of the few companies to offer truly “un-usual” journeys in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Their Hawaiian Seascapes voyage, for example, features calls at off-the-grid Molokai and laid-back Lanai. Along Maui’s Olowalu coast, you can snorkel in a sea turtle habitat. Cruising through the Humpback National Marine Sanctuary, you’ll have a front-row seat for spotting dolphins, whales and other marine life. Other highlights of this 7-night voyage: night snorkeling with giant Pacific manta rays and an evening feast and jam session with Molokai locals. These kinds of novel experiences are among the many benefits of sailing aboard an intimate 36-guest ship.

Speaking of intimate, the 22-guest Safari Quest will be exploring the Pacific Northwest’s Olympic Wilderness and San Juan Islands this fall. Sailing roundtrip from Seattle, hike Hurricane Ridge in UNESCO-listed Olympic National Park and kayak in glacial fjords and island channels. Among the wildlife you’re likely to encounter: whales, orcas, seals, sea lions and bald eagles.

Planning a family reunion or an active vacation with friends? Take over the entire boat. With ship capacities of 22, 36, 48 and more, your group can enjoy the exclusivity of a private charter.
