If you’ve ever been in charge of planning a vacation, reunion, or major event for a group — be it family members, a professional organization, fellow fitness fanatics, your college sorority or fraternity, you name it — you know what an all-encompassing endeavor that can be. Most important decision: where to have it? A cruise is the ideal venue as it can accommodate virtually any size group and it offers far more amenities, dining choices, and entertainment options than a land-based hotel or resort. And, let’s not forget the obvious advantage: A cruise allows you to experience a variety of destinations as you deepen bonds with your favorite people.

Holland America Line has been the cruise line of choice for a number of groups over the years. Among them: The Navy Nurse Corps Association. Cruise Specialists had the privilege of arranging their first voyage — for 783 guests! — in 2002. We were there to welcome them back on board this past May when they cruised to Alaska in celebration of the association’s 110th anniversary.

“We’ve never had such a well-run, organized function for the Navy Nurses. Kudos to the Cruise Specialists team that made it happen.” – Navy Nurse Corps Association

Whether your group includes eight members or 800, you can count on Cruise Specialists to handle all those time-consuming details — from documentation assistance and the planning of private meetings, parties and events, to filling your logo tote bags with gift items. Additionally, we use our buying power to provide guests with special amenities that add even greater value to your cruise. So, give us a call. We’ll make your next event a vacation for you, too.

Speaking of group cruises, Cruise Specialists’ hosted Holland America Line voyages are always a huge hit with our clients. As you’ve told us, our hosts are the best: super helpful, friendly, inclusive, and a wealth of information on what to see and do in port. Plus, on our hosted voyages, you can look forward to special rates, exclusive onboard events, and other perks.
