A NEW YEAR Tour thinking and invigorate our senses. When we add an

brings become endless. As we approach 2023, here are seven
new things (there are actually a lot more than seven) we’re most
           excited about.

           NEW SHIPS

New ships get an outsized dose of attention — and for
good reason: They push the boundaries of style, comfort,
entertainment, technology, fine cuisine and more. We have at
least a dozen ships on our watch list for 2023. Some, such
as Silversea’s Silver Nova , will be the first in a new class,
                               SM
carrying 728 guests and propelling Silversea into a new era of
sustainable luxury cruising. Others, such as Regent Seven Seas
Grandeur , highlight the further development of its already
                  TM
beloved Explorer Class. Keep in mind: inaugural cruises,
and even entire inaugural seasons, fill quickly; let your cruise
consultant know if you’re interested so they can alert you when Regent Suite, Seven Seas Grandeur TM
a new ship will open for booking.

           NEW (OR NEW-TO-YOU)
           CRUISE LINES

We are eagerly anticipating the debut of Explora Journeys,
which promises six new ships in the next six years. Explora
Journeys is owned by one of the world’s largest shipping
companies and its professional ranks are filled with cruise
industry veterans who have contributed to making cruising the
well-loved mode of travel it is today. Explora Journeys promises
a cosmopolitan yet relaxed lifestyle on board, 11 distinctive
dining experiences, an emphasis on wellness and connections
with others that last long beyond the cruise itself.

It’s also never too late for you to try a cruise line that is “new to
you.” While there’s a certain familiarity and comfort in booking
the same line, it can be fun to try a new one. For instance, one
common way of upgrading a vacation is to try an all-inclusive
cruise ship, where everything is paid for in one up-front cost,
saving you a lot of second-guessing during the trip on whether
you want to open up your pocketbook. Pool Deck, Silver Nova, artist's rendering
