Bridgett has been in the travel industry for over 15 years, five of which were spent working onboard Holland America Line ships as Cruise Staff and Guest Relations Supervisor. She was fortunate enough to be selected to work onboard the 2003 Grand World Voyage and has visited 6 out of the 7 continents during her travels.

Handicapped Service Excellence

We are repeat customers for this excellent Cruise Advisor. As always, Bridgett helped us find the necessary handicap-accessible cabin and book our cruise. Since this was an escorted cruise there was a free shore excursion provided by the travel agency.
Bridget went the extra step of checking very early on with the shore excursion provider to make sure the amenity would be accessible for my handicapped husband. When we boarded the ship all was as promised. When we arrived at the port for the free shore excursion everything was prepared for us and we could not have asked for better service from the shore excursion providers. It was a wonderful day. We definitely recommend Bridgett’s services and have already booked another cruise and are enjoying her service once again.

Sharon helped us plan a trip to the South Pacific in 2015 with another couple to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversaries. It included a ten day Paul Gauguin cruise and stays at the Four Seasons in Bora Bora and the Hilton in Moorea. Sharon made it seem easy, although we knew better. Thanks to her planning everything came off very smoothly.
We had worked with Sharon on several cruises before this and she has always been great to work with. We plan to use her on any future cruises and would highly recommend her for any one else planning a cruise. At this point she seems like an old friend. She always has good suggestions and seems able to keep things within reason pricewise, without sacrificing quality.
