The special two-month vacation package is incredibly unique, because it allows travelers to cruise roundtrip between the United States and Australia with no international flights aboard two of Cunard’s famed ships – Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria. Plus, Cruise Specialists’ discerning clientele taking advantage of the special Boomerang Voyage will enjoy an amazing Australian 13-night land package inserted between the two cruises.

The first leg of the Boomerang Voyage begins in San Francisco aboard the ravishing Queen Elizabeth, with stops in Hawaii, American Samoa, Tonga and New Zealand.

Upon arrival in Sydney, Cruise Specialists clients will begin a sweeping 13-night tour of Australia. Highlights of this Aussie adventure include:

  • Four nights’ accommodations at an elegant hotel in Sydney
  • Flight to Melbourne with a 3-night hotel stay in that city
  • Flight to Perth and three nights’ hotel stay in Perth
  • Three nights aboard the Indian Pacific Train between Perth and Sydney
  • Multiple guided sightseeing tours
  • Many of the meals are also included

Upon returning to Sydney and boarding Queen Victoria, guests will then cruise along Australia’s coast for one more day in Melbourne, before enjoying several days of cruising in New Zealand. Port calls and scenic cruising include Milford Sound, Dunedin, Akaroa and Wellington before port calls in Honolulu and Hilo. The ship returns to San Francisco on April 4, 2017.

“My favorite part of the 2014 Boomerang cruise was being able to sail on two exotic world cruise segments and not have to take any international flights! The additional land package in Australia between the cruises was a bonus and made it possible for us to spend time with family and friends in Sydney,” said Dr. B. Hajratwala, who along with his wife, sailed on the inaugural 2014 Boomerang Voyage.

“Feedback from our 2014 Boomerang Voyage guests confirmed that there is a strong desire to visit Australia via cruise, and if given the opportunity to go beyond the major port cities, guests will embrace it,” added Scrivanich. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Cunard Line to offer this excellent cruise and land package for our clients who aspire to experience a truly distinctive vacation retreat.”
