Depart on your independent, overnight flight to Reykjavik.
June 11
Reykjavik, Iceland:
Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. This evening, gather for a welcome reception followed by dinner and overnight at hotel.
June 12

Reykjavik//Embark Le Bellot:
After breakfast, begin sightseeing tour of Iceland's Golden Circle, including Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall and the Geysir Center. Meet the charismatic Icelandic horses at a traditional farm. After lunch and a photo op at a scenic viewpoint, embark Le Bellot.
June 13
Flatey Island/Látrabjarg:
Trace the coastline of Flatey Island on a Zodiac, land ashore for a guided walk through the village. This evening, scenic cruising offers views of Látrabjarg cliff and its millions of seabirds.
June 14

After breakfast, visit Ísafjördur, exploring the history and culture of this fishing settlement. Leisure time in town offers a chance at shopping.
June 15

A visit the former herring fishing capital of the Atlantic includes Herring Era Museum, and local delicacies to sample.
June 16 Akureyri/Húsavik:
An early breakfast offers you the whole day for an inland tour of the volcanic Mývatn region. This evening look for humpback whales and dolphins from the deck of Le Bellot.
June 17

Grímsey Island:
Despite it straddling the Arctic Circle edge, it has a mild climate and lush vegetation. You might have a chance to go ashore to visit Sandvik. Later, a Zodiac cruise along the island's cliffs reveal incredible birdlife. 
June 18 Seydisfjördur:
After a scenic cruise along this fjord, you may choose from exploring the archaeological site at Skalanes Nature Reserve or hiking to Hengifoss Waterfall.
June 19 Djupivogur:
A scenic drive from this port whisks you to a thrilling snowmobiling excursion across Europe's largest glacier, Vatnajökull. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on eery Jökulsárlón Lake to cruise among its icebergs.
June 20
Heimaey Island/Surtsey Island:
Tour the town of Heimaey and its surrounding volcanic region. Later in the afternoon, you will circumnavigate new Surtsey Island, only formed in 1963.
June 21 Reykajvik/Disembark/Home:
After breakfast disembark for an enlightening tour of Hellishei∂i Geothermal Power Plant. Enjoy lunch at the iconic Blue Lagoon before heading to the airport for your independent flight home.
