Day 1 Arrive in Paris, France
Transfer from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to your hotel, independent tour of Versailles, followed by a welcome reception and dinner at hotel.

Day 2 Chartres and Langeais
Travel from Versaille to Chartres with visits to International Stained-Glass Centre, Cartres Gothic Cathedral, as well as a tour of the town. Continue on to Langeais for an authentic immersion in Loire Valley château living, including a reception, dinner and a hunting hound demonstration.

Day 3 Loire Valley's Châteaux Country 
Guided visit to Château de Langeais, private visit to Le Moulin Bleu vineyards with lunch and wine tasting, visit Château Villandry for its gardens, then return to your château hotel for dinner and a free evening.

Day 4 Angers, and Port du Crouesty

Day 9 The Beaches of D-Day in Normandy 
Visit these famous sites from WWII, beginning with a local expert's introduction to D-Day events, including a private memorabilia collection, hands-on exhibit and guided visits to Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach and American Military Cemetery.

Day 10 Medieval Rouen, Monet's Giverny & on to Paris
Tour ancient Rouen with a local guide, stop at the Church of Ste. Joan of Arc. Continue along the River Seine to Giverny for a tour of Claude Monet's home and gardens. Arrive in Paris.

Day 11 Paris
