Breakfast at Hotel, then Private Sheep Farm Experience with morning tea, sheep shearing demonstration, Lunch featuring organic farm produce and local wines

Day 3 Uluru, Australia 
Flight to Uluru (Ayers Rock). Afternoon tour of Kata Tjuta National Park (the Olgas). Scenic Sundowner; view sunset at Uluru with sparkling wine and canapés.
Sails in the Desert (Outback Resort), plus all meals
Day 4 Uluru, Australia; Port Douglas, Australia
Sunrise viewing at Uluru, breakfast at hotel. Guided tour of Uluru. Fly to Cairns and continue to Port Douglas.

Day 5 Port Douglas, Australia
Travel to Mossman Gorge for guided walk at Daintree National Park. Exclusive Abercrombie & Kent visit to Botanical Ark for Chef's Table lunch. Retun to Port Douglas for free time.

Full-Day at Great Barrier Reef aboard intimate, comfortable vessel, includes guided snorkeling tour.

Days 7-8 Sydney, Australia
Fly to Sydney with afternoon at your leisure. Dine at a local, fine restaurant. Next day, embark on chartered morning tea cruise of Sydney Harbour. Lunch at local restaurant, followed by walking tour in Rocks District.

Days 9-10 Sydney, Australia
After breakfast, your entire day is free. The next day, Ride Like a Local as you ride the ferry for a guided tour of Taronga Zoo, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour with lunch at Sydney Opera House.

Day 11 Christchurch, New Zealand 
Fly to Christchurch, where you will enjoy a guided city tour and boat ride on the Avon River before dinner.

Day 12 Franz Josef Glacier, New Zealand
Embark on the TranzAlpine train for a scenic railway journey through the Southern Alps to Greymouth, where you will enjoy lunch at a local brewery. Continue on to Franz Josef.

Follow the glacier's path on a guided hike, followed by an afternoon at your leisure.

Take in New Zealand's unique landscapes on a scenic drive along the coastline, through a rainforest and stopping in Wanaka for lunch before arriving in Queenstown. Tonight you will dine at a local restaurant.
