Weather issues cancelled our flight home after our cruise and we were delayed 2 days returning. We had bought travel insurance and he advised us to look into the policy to see if we each might get compensated for the 2 nights of hotel costs. The process is not easy to provide all the detailed information required but we are persuing it.

Sean is a wonderful resource for all of the many trips he has planned for us. He has a great network of people he can ask if we have questions about a specific cruise line, a ship, a port and even an excursion. And of course which cabin to have on any ship. He always responds to us right away and if for some reason he’s not available there is always somebody in his office who does.
