 We have thoroughly enjoyed Deirdre Irlam as our Voyage Ambassador numerous times. She is very caring, organized, personable and a great representative for Cruise Specialists. (Cruise Consultant) Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Like a cheerful, patient, helpful friend. We will always call Lisa Monticello! We enjoyed Cruise Specialists half-day excursions and appreciated them!
